Returns & Repair


All my jewelry is made to order and therefore a return must be made 1) within 3 days of receipt and 2) will be for merchandise credit only. A return authorization is required. Shipping charge are the responsibility of the shipper.


I will replace or repair, at no charge, any piece of my jewelry that has a flaw or defect. Normal wear and tear is to be expected and therefore not covered. Please treat your jewelry with care and refer to the care & cleaning page for useful tips.

Returns require authorization in advance. Email is best. When returning an item, make sure it is boxed and packaged properly. A regular paper envelope is not sufficient and will not protect the item from Post Office machinery. If the item is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear or improper packaging, there will be a charge for repair. It is recommended that you insure the item for its value.


Due to the nature of my designs, there is often some variance from one pair to another. Each pair is made by hand and this is what makes them unique. Single earring replacements will be handled on an individual basis.
