Choose your length....Genuine vintage optical test kit lens accented with a gold vermeil open heart and pearl. The heart, with gold hangs from gold vermeil chain. A gold vermeil studded chain is included. It is pictured on a 30" chain, but you can request a 16" (with a 3: extension) or 20" chain at no extra charge.
