Goslar 1 necklace 7458
Goslar 1 N 7458
limited edition
This limited edition necklace has a distinctive medieval feel to it. The pendant was sourced years ago from an antique market. I believe the metal is bronze. I named it Goslar after a town in Germany’s Harz Mountains. It’s known for its medieval old town and half-timbered houses. Among its treasures are 13th-century stained-glass windows and an 11th-century Imperial Palace with historic murals. But most importantly, nearby is the Rammelsberg Mountain Mining Museum which celebrates silver and copper mines more than 1,000 years old.
The circular pendant has a soft hammered texture on both sides. The outer diameter is 1¾" and the entire pendant is about 2½". Being thick and solid, it has a bit more weight to it than many of my other pieces. The 30" link chain is shiny black steel. It can be worn shorter by simply clasping into any link. There are 3 Goslar 1 necklaces available.
