Aventurine is a silicon dioxide mineral and a member of the Quartz family. This five sided milky green piece has large soft facets on all surfaces and is enhanced with a CZ vermeil sunburst. The pendant can be removed so the pearls can be worn plain or with another pendant of your choice. These freshwater potato pearls (so-called because of their oval potato like shape) have a beautiful luster and are about 6mm-7mm. The pearl strand is 20", the pendant is 2¼".
