The vintage beads in these earrings are originally from India. I have always loved their blue tones and the metal inlay. Neela is Hindi for the color blue. The small shiny cast post tops are silver tone (over pewter) with a soft hammered finish. The posts are titanium with surgical steel backs. Limited edition.
